1. Be fruitful:

To identify your seed of talent, Pastor Otabil suggests the following:
- Discovering what comes naturally to you,
- What brings you fulfilment,
- What you are passionate about,
- Your innate wisdom,
- Your flow.
Planting your seed in the right environment will enable it to grow and bear fruit.
2. Multiply:
Bearing fruit is essential, but multiplying that fruit is equally important.
Whether it’s spreading a message, a product, or a skill, learning to duplicate and utilise marketing strategies is crucial.
In this digital age, understanding platforms like Facebook, YouTube, and podcasts can help spread your work to a larger audience.
3. Replenish the earth:
To fill the earth with your gifts and talents, a steady growth approach is recommended.
Building systems to sustain growth is vital, as is creating depth and strength before expanding too rapidly.
Remember Jesus’ command to spread the message from Jerusalem to the ends of the world.
4. Subdue the earth:
Establishing authority and permanence in your field is key to subduing the earth.
Mastering your skills, restraining your desires, and containing your fame are all essential steps towards establishing authority in your chosen field.
In following these steps, we are aligning ourselves with God’s original intention for humanity. By faithfully executing His plan for us, we mirror God’s rulership on earth.
Just as a master chef uses simple ingredients to create a flavorful meal, our lives can also reflect God’s wisdom and purpose.
