The programme forms part of Springboard Road Show Foundation’s commitment to mentoring and equipping young people with practical skills and connections that can help them transition into productive careers, entrepreneurship and leadership. Springboard says its mentorship platform has connected hundreds of mentees with vetted mentors and incorporates group sessions that encourage peer learning.
