Ghanaian entrepreneur Richard Nii Armah Quaye has opened up about dealing with criticism and online backlash in a revealing interview on The Delay Show with Deloris Frimpong Manso.

Responding to viral social media attacks, Quaye remained calm and philosophical, stating, “One of my principles was that good people do not lack enemies. And all winners have haters.” He explained that criticism is not new to him but rather a reflection of his current level of success.

Quaye emphasized that he expected opposition as part of his journey, adding, “When it is coming, it is just the face of where I am in life today.” His mindset, he said, has always been rooted in courage and preparedness.

Drawing from personal inspiration, he shared a lesson from a mentor: “God does not give wealth to anybody who cannot carry it.” According to him, this belief has helped him remain confident amid public scrutiny.

Despite the noise, Quaye insists he remains unshaken. “I should be bold. I should be courageous. I should be expectant of whatever would happen to me,” he said.

His remarks highlight a growing conversation around success, visibility, and criticism in Ghana’s entrepreneurial space.
